Justin Altmann was admitted to practice in California in 2006, and works primarily in the firm’s litigation practice. He received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of the Traynor Honor Society, and was legislative staff writer, comment staff writer, and associate articles editor at the McGeorge Law Review (2004-2006). Mr. Altmann also worked as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Sacramento in 2005.

Originally from the greater Sacramento area, Mr. Altmann attended the University of Tennessee on a baseball scholarship before obtaining his B.S. degree in Physical Education and Business at Middle Tennessee State University. Between university and law school, Mr. Altmann worked in the claims departments of Unum Provident and Hartford Life.
